# Open Billing Portal

> Creates a short-lived Stripe Billing Portal session where the customer can change the card behind an automatically renewing Stripe subscription and see its invoices. Redirect the browser to `url`; Stripe sends the customer back to the storefront subscriptions page afterwards. Only available when `can_manage_billing` is true. The store's Stripe account needs a saved customer portal configuration.
