# Create Ticket

> Opens a support ticket against one of the customer's invoices and posts the first message. Send as `multipart/form-data` to attach up to 5 images (`images[]`, jpeg/png/webp/gif/avif, 5 MB each); `content` may be omitted when at least one image is attached. A customer may hold at most 5 open or pending tickets, and at most one per invoice; the per-invoice conflict response carries the existing ticket's `ticket_id`.
