# Send Ticket Message

> Posts a reply to an open ticket. Send as `multipart/form-data` to attach up to 5 images (`images[]`, jpeg/png/webp/gif/avif, 5 MB each); `content` may be omitted when at least one image is attached. A ticket sitting in pending is moved back to open.
