# Vouchers and Regional Methods

> Accept Rewarble gift card vouchers, and PIX payments in Brazil through MisticPay.

Two methods for buyers a card processor cannot reach. Rewarble accepts prepaid gift card vouchers, and MisticPay accepts PIX, Brazil's instant bank transfer network.

## Rewarble

Rewarble lets buyers pay with gift card vouchers, which reaches people who have no card or bank account.

It requires a Rewarble account that has taken **at least 500 EUR in lifetime deposits**. Rewarble does not issue an API key below that threshold.

Once the account qualifies, create a key on the [Rewarble Client API page](https://rewarble.com/account/api-keys) and paste it into **Client API Key**.

## MisticPay

PIX, Brazil's instant bank transfer system, and the method most Brazilian buyers expect to see.

    Open [API > Credenciais](https://app.misticpay.com/dashboard/api/credenciais) in your MisticPay dashboard and click **Gerar credenciais**.

  <Step title="Add a webhook">
    Add a webhook with any name, pointing at your SellAuth webhook URL. It looks like `https://webhooks.sellauth.com/v1/misticpay/YOUR_SHOP_ID`, and the exact URL is shown in the setup instructions on the payment method page.

  <Step title="Grant the permissions">
    Select **Gerar transação** and **Verificar transação**.

  <Step title="Paste the credentials">
    Copy the **Client ID** and **Client Secret** into the matching fields and save.

**Use Mock Payer Data** generates a placeholder name and CPF instead of asking the buyer for theirs. It removes a step at checkout, but the payment then carries no real payer identity, so it is not recommended for production.

## Troubleshooting

**Rewarble will not issue an API key.** The account has not reached 500 EUR in lifetime deposits.

**PIX payments are taken but orders stay pending.** The MisticPay webhook is missing, pointed at the wrong URL, or lacks the **Verificar transação** permission.
