As an approved reseller you get access to a private catalog of that shop's products at a **discounted price**, paid from your **store balance**, and you resell them wherever you want: your own website, your Discord server, or your own SellAuth shop. There are three ways to place reseller orders. All are paid from your balance and delivered instantly from the shop's stock: | | Best for | How it works | | - | - | - | | **Order stock on the reseller panel** | Buying keys upfront, in bulk | Set a quantity next to any product in the reseller catalog and click Buy. Review the total, pay from your balance, and the keys are shown right there and kept on the invoice. | | **[Reseller API](/reseller-api/introduction)** | Any platform (your own site, a bot, a script) | You call a REST API with your reseller API key to browse the catalog, check your balance and create orders. | | **[Dynamic Delivery](/resellers/dynamic-delivery)** | Your own SellAuth shop | Zero code. You paste a per-product delivery URL into your own shop, and every sale is fulfilled automatically from the source shop's stock. | Each shop chooses which of these channels it offers. A channel the shop has turned off does not appear on its reseller panel, and requests through it are rejected. If you resell on your own SellAuth shop, the fastest setup is [connecting your store](/resellers/connect-your-store): one click imports the catalog into your shop with Dynamic Delivery and stock sync preconfigured. The reseller panel on the shop's storefront (`/customer/reseller`) is where you manage everything: your tier, stats, catalog, API key and dynamic delivery settings. It is also where you order stock by hand: set a quantity in the catalog, click Buy, confirm the total, and the keys are delivered to you on the spot. Card and crypto payments are not offered for reseller orders; top up your balance first if it is short. ## Becoming a reseller You need a **customer account on the shop's storefront**. Open the shop's `/customer/reseller` page. Depending on how the shop configured enrollment, one of three modes applies: * **Open**: you are approved instantly when you enroll. * **Application**: you submit a short application and the shop reviews it. You receive an email when a decision is made. * **Manual**: the shop invites resellers itself. Contact the shop owner to be added. ## Tiers and pricing Each reseller is assigned a **tier**, and each tier has a **discount percentage** off the product's list price. Shops can also set different discounts for specific products or variants within a tier, so your exact price per variant is always shown in the catalog (on the panel and in the [List Products](/reseller-api/products/list-products) endpoint). Tiers can advance automatically. A tier may define thresholds for **lifetime spend** (USD) and **completed order count**; when you meet every threshold a tier defines, you are moved up to it. You are never demoted, and the shop can also assign you a tier manually. Your current tier, lifetime stats and the next tier's requirements are shown on the reseller panel and returned by the [Get Balance](/reseller-api/balance/get-balance) endpoint. ## Balance Reseller orders are paid from your **store balance** on that shop, always in USD. It is the same balance you use as a regular customer: * Top it up on the shop's customer panel under **Balance** (`/customer/balance`). * Every order is charged upfront. If an item cannot be delivered (for example a stock race, or an upstream failure), the charge for that item is **automatically refunded to your balance**. * If your balance does not cover an order, the order is rejected before anything is charged. ## The catalog Only products the shop has **enrolled into the reseller program** are available to you. This can include private or unlisted products that regular customers never see, which is how shops run reseller-only offers. For each variant you get: * The list price and **your price** with your tier discount applied * Live stock (infinite stock is possible for dynamic products) * Your personal **dynamic delivery URL** for that variant ## Keys and secrets | Credential | Where you get it | What it is for | | - | - | - | | **Reseller API key** | Reseller panel, **Manage API key** | Bearer token for the [Reseller API](/reseller-api/introduction). Shown once when generated; regenerating invalidates the old key immediately. | | **Dynamic delivery URLs** | Reseller catalog (panel or API) | Per-variant URLs containing your personal delivery token. Regenerating your delivery URLs invalidates every URL you have pasted into your shop. | | **Webhook secret** | Your **own** shop's dashboard, then saved on the reseller panel | Authenticates dynamic delivery requests as really coming from your shop. Handled automatically if you [connect your store](/resellers/connect-your-store); only manual setups need it. See [Dynamic Delivery](/resellers/dynamic-delivery). | Treat all three as secrets.
