What connecting does
If you resell on your own SellAuth store, you do not need to set anything up by hand. Connecting your store links your reseller account on the source shop to your own store and imports the products you pick, ready to sell:- Products and variants are created in your store with Dynamic Delivery preconfigured. Every sale is fulfilled automatically from the source shop’s stock and charged to your reseller balance at your discounted price.
- The webhook secret is handled for you. No copying, no pasting, and rotating your store’s secret never breaks deliveries.
- Stock sync is on by default: your imported variants show the supplier’s live stock, capped by what your balance can currently pay for.
- Product images are copied in the background.
Connecting requires being an approved reseller on the source shop. See Becoming a reseller.
Connecting
1
Start from the reseller panel
On the source shop’s storefront, open
/customer/reseller and click Connect your SellAuth store. A setup wizard opens on the SellAuth dashboard. The link is personal and single-use, and it expires after 30 minutes. If it expires, generate a fresh one from the panel.2
Sign in or create an account
Sign in to your SellAuth account, or create one right in the wizard. You do not need an existing store: you can create one in the next step.
3
Choose the store
Pick the store that will sell the products, or create a new one. One store per reseller account: a reseller account can be connected to a single store, and a store can be connected once per source shop.
4
Pick products
Select which catalog products to import. Everything is selected by default. Each product also has a Sync stock count toggle (on by default), which keeps its stock mirroring the supplier live. You can change this per variant later.
5
Confirm
Review the selection and click Start reselling. The products appear in your store as unlisted, so nothing goes live until you reprice and publish them.
Stock sync
Imported variants with stock sync on resolve their stock live from the source shop. The number shown on your storefront is the supplier’s current stock, capped by how many units your balance can pay for at your current discounted price. When the supplier restocks or your balance changes, your stock follows with no delay. Per variant, you can switch between live and manual stock in your product’s edit form: the stock field of a supplier-linked variant shows a toggle. Turn sync off to type your own stock count.Price ceiling
The source shop can change its prices, and your balance is always charged the current discounted price. To protect your margin, set a per-variant price ceiling: see Price ceiling. Deliveries that would exceed the ceiling are refused before anything is charged.Managing the connection
- Suppliers page: once a store has a connection, a Suppliers page appears in your dashboard’s sidebar. It lists your source shops, connection dates and linked product counts.
- Disconnect: from the Suppliers page, or from the source shop’s reseller panel. Imported products stay in your store, but stock sync stops and deliveries stop working unless you set up Dynamic Delivery manually with a webhook secret.
- Reconnect: connecting the same store again relinks the products from the earlier import instead of duplicating them.
