Buyers can leave a star rating and a written review after a purchase. Reviews are shown on your storefront, where they affect what future buyers decide. Reviews live under Feedbacks in the dashboard, and can be filtered by rating, status and whether you have replied.

Minimum invoice value

A buyer can only review an invoice worth at least a certain amount, and that threshold comes from your plan. This exists to make review manipulation cost something. Without a floor, anyone could buy a stack of near-free items from their own shop and leave themselves a review for each one. Invoices below your threshold do not get the review prompt.

Settings

Enable Automatic Feedbacks. If a buyer leaves no review within 7 days, a 5 star review is left automatically. It keeps ratings on sales that went fine, since satisfied buyers rarely come back to say so. Allow Images. Lets buyers attach images to a review. Requires a plan that includes review images. Allow Links. Lets buyers include links. Turning it off stops reviews being used to advertise somewhere else.

Replying

Published reviews can be replied to, and the reply is shown alongside the review on your storefront. A reply on a bad review is read by every future buyer who sees that review, which makes the negative ones the more useful to answer.

Disputing a review

If a review breaks the rules, dispute it from the review or from the invoice it belongs to. The review is marked Disputed while it is examined, and you can cancel the dispute at any point, which returns it to published. Any image attached to the review is hidden the moment you dispute it, before anyone reviews the case. If a buyer attaches something offensive or malicious, disputing it takes the image off your storefront straight away. Disputes are intended for reviews that break the rules. Disputing honest criticism takes your time and leaves the review published.
Disputing reviews requires the Business or Scale plan. On Scale, disputes are handled with priority.

Rewarding reviews with a coupon

A product can hand out a coupon automatically when a buyer leaves a review, configured on the product.
A minimum rating above 1 rewards only positive reviews. That lifts your average rating, and it also means a buyer reporting a genuine problem receives nothing.
A short expiry encourages a faster return visit, though more of the coupons go unused.
